How to time it

Timing it right.

1–3 hours before

Take one tablet

With a full glass of water, with or without food.2

During sex

It helps

More time, and more control over when you ejaculate.

Every 24 hours

One dose, max

Never take more than one tablet in a day.2

How it works

What it does in the body.

  1. It works on serotonin

Serotonin helps control the ejaculation reflex. Dapoxetine raises serotonin levels for a few hours, which helps delay it.2

  2. Short-acting on purpose

It's absorbed quickly and cleared quickly, so it's taken only when you need it rather than every day.2

  3. Control, not numbness

It doesn't reduce sensation. It gives you more time and a greater sense of control.

  4. Works well with techniques

Many men combine it with simple techniques, like the stop-start method, for better results.

A little planning goes a long way.

Step 1

Time it

Take it 1–3 hours before sex.2

Step 2

A full glass of water

Swallow it whole with plenty of water.2

Step 3

Skip the alcohol

Alcohol makes dizziness and fainting more likely.2

Step 4

Once a day, max

No more than one tablet in 24 hours.2

Feel light-headed? Sit or lie down until it passes. Fainting is uncommon, but more likely if you're dehydrated.2

Common questions

Priligy, answered.

Both. We’re a CQC-registered clinic that happens to live online. Every prescription is signed off by a registered clinician, never an algorithm.
No. Plain brown packaging, no Manova branding, no clue what’s inside. Sent to a home or pickup address, your call.
Then they say no, and you don’t get charged. They might suggest a safer alternative, more tests, or refer you back to your GP. We’d rather lose a customer than push the wrong treatment.
Nope. It’s month-to-month, cancel from your account anytime. No retention agent calling you back.
It isn’t, really. Same medicine, same regulator, same standards. We’re just faster to get hold of, and a lot less awkward to talk to about the things on this page.
