Getting help for everyday health concerns is often harder than it needs to be. Long waits for a short appointment, or a website that posts out a box without really looking at you. We thought there was a calmer way to do it.
Manova is a clinician-led clinic that handles a few things properly rather than everything at once. You answer a few honest questions, a registered clinician reviews your case, and you get a plan built around you, or a straight answer if treatment isn’t the right fit. It’s private, it’s simple, and there’s a real person behind every decision.

We’re held to the same standards as any UK healthcare provider, and we think that’s the point, not the fine print. The same bodies that oversee your GP and your local pharmacy oversee us, which means independent inspection, registered clinicians, and a proper route to complain if something goes wrong.

Are you an actual regulated clinic?
Yes. Manova Health Limited is registered with the Care Quality Commission, the independent regulator of health and care in England (provider ID 1-24107057386). Every clinician who prescribes is on a public professional register, so you can check us rather than take our word for it.
Is there really a clinician involved?
Yes. Every case is reviewed by a registered clinician before anything is prescribed. They can say no, and they do.
How do you make money if you turn people away?
The same way any clinic does: people pay for treatment that’s right for them. If it isn’t right for you, you get a full refund. We’d rather lose a sale than prescribe the wrong thing.
What do you do with my data?
Your health information is confidential and used to assess and treat you. We’re registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office, we never sell your data, and we don’t use your health information for marketing. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
What if something goes wrong?
Tell us. Contact our support team and we’ll look into it properly. If a side effect feels serious, call 111, or 999 in an emergency. You can also report side effects to the MHRA Yellow Card scheme.
